Applications Being Received -- Board of Directors


Openings on the Board of Directors of the Mall Area Religious Council

(MARC) will be filled soon. Applications are now being received from persons interested in serving. These positions are open to persons from any of the World Religions here in the Metropolitan Area of the Greater Twin Cities community.

 

Applicants must be:  Knowledgeable of your World Religion and place

of assembly and/or worship, respected in your faith and neighborhood

community, willing to share your beliefs and to listen to other people

of belief, nondiscriminatory in daily living, have an interest in the rapidly

developing interfaith groups and activities of the 21st century.


 

Requirement: Regular attendance at the six annual MARC Board Meetings.  

Term of service is for three years. Every application will be 

given full consideration. Finalist will be interviewed and considered for 2009 selection.

An Interfaith Organization presently consisting of 41 Worship Locations and Congregations from the World Religions in the Greater Twin Cities Area.

* Two signboards directing Mall visitors to local places of worship. Signboard one is placed just inside the third floor MOA east entrance. Signboard two is located just inside the first floor MOA west entrance.
